Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, food supplements, and personal care items, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect
- Expired product
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after the eligible return period
Return Request
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order Number
- Product photographs
- Package photographs
- Reason for return
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to approval.
Replacement
Eligible products may be replaced based on product availability.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
